It was good to see Rachel recovering today, and I loved the way she was so in control of the study period, but Rachel and Declan? I hope not! That hand-touching was touchingly clumsy, though. Didge is just so not going to be happy, if this does go ahead, but I think these two (Rachel and Declan) work well as friends who spark off each other, rather than in a romantic way.
It was also rather touching to hear Zeke catching up with Taylah. |

I loved the study period thing! Especially when his pen didn't work! I liked the teen scenes today, but I hope Deccers and Rachel don't get together! It's too soon anyway!
Where is Taylah? |

Zeke said, "She's back today" so I assumed that she had been away. |

Didge was fishing for if anything was going on between them today, she didn't sound too worried about it though unless she was putting on an act. |

Yes its just so cliche as well, they are always doing that on Neighbours.
I don't like the whole Declan Rachel thing. And its surprising how he has moved on so quickly from Didge. These study "group" scenes are so cheesy. |

I'm glad they sorted it out. I'm (not) suprised that Rachel acted so stropily to Didge when she called her a 'skank' because Didge had to put up with name-calling and stuff from Rachel. |

Skank is a rather strong word in Aussie slang, Champs.
Didge could be thought to be out of order, in part, because whatever Declan does is not her affair, as she turned him down. It wasn't Declan that she went for, though. I think she was well within justification for being mad when her friend, for whom she was prepared to be punished, for whom she was prepared to change schools, lied to her about what she was doing.
Ok, Declan asked her to keep it a secret, and I can understand that, but when it meant lying to her brother and her friends, Rachel should have stood her ground. If she had, Didge wouldn't have misconstrued the affair. Her reaction was normal enough. According to her understanding of things, it's only a couple of weeks since Rachel was truly, madly, deeply in lurve with Angus, and now she's having a secret affair with Declan. |

I think you put it well, B.
It was a bit stupid of them to leave the phone still calling! |

I don't think its the first time its been done that on Neighbours in order to give away juicy gossip unwittingly. They have used it as a plot device before.
I think it was mean that Rachel was telling Didge to get out and shouting at her when she was actually apologising for accusing her. Rachel lied to Didge and she is the one saying Didge is in the wrong! Didge was apologising! Rachel is getting a bit more self obsessed these days, and in her eyes can do no wrong. I suppose its a typical teen thing, but I hope they don't go over the top with her character. She is losing her likeability. |

Zeke and Taylah: Neither really want this, so I hope that they don;t go ahead just because each thinks the other does, or that they should because it's what ought to happen.
Ringo and Didge? No, I don't think so. Didge is far more suited to Declan and his weird humour. Ringo's to solemn for her.
Rachel and Didge: This friendship has been through more splits and making-ups than are countable! The fact that Didge is warm and generous, while Rachel is the selfish drama queen probably accounts for most of that, but maybe some of Didge's genuine good-heartedness will eventually rub off onto Rachel?
As for the tent-swapping, surely Daniel and Libby would make a proper check that the teens were where they should be and properly settled before going to bed themselves? |

Ringo and Didge... Definitely not! Haven't seen much of Ringo recently.
I'm suprised Zeke would contemplate it, he doesn't seem one to be forced into anything. Maybe, he's growing up lol.
Rachel and Didge: Go away, Rachel. |

I'd much rather see Didge and Declan than Didge and Ringo, but I suppose I've never found Declan that interesting a character.
I'm kind of surprised at Zeke and Taylah, as Zeke still seems pretty innocent. Also, I'm surprised that Taylah and Rachel's conversation didn't feature "Eww! That's my brother!" at any point!

Some excellent teen stuff today! I was seriously glad that Zeke and Taylah didn't give in to pressure, admitted they were both virgins and decided to wait. This is a first for present day Neighbours, I think!!!
The group screams at the Parkers was good stuff, too, and I liked it that Declan, coming in, took the ragging in good part. He seems to have lost the chip on his shoulder at last, and to be integrating into the group. |
