The Journeyman Project is a Christian social enterprise that seeks to mentor, engage and inspire young people aged 16-21, who are not in education or employment. We do this through a Market Garden based in Cherrywillingham, near Lincoln, growing vegetables and herbs, while building life skills, emotional intelligence and personal responsibility.
Over the next 3-5 years, The Journeyman Project, with the support of Worth Unlimited, hopes to build up the Market Garden in order to become a self-sustaining social enterprise, adding livestock, a farm shop and a coffee shop.
The Journeyman Project is part of @WorthUnlimited, a Christian Youth Work charity: building hope, unlocking potential and realising worth in young people.
